Yordanka Banalieva

Yordanka Banalieva is Pensoft’s senior Editorial Secretary, working at the heart of the Journals Department. She is a first point of contact with our authors, responsible for the quality control and timely processing of their manuscripts. Yordanka is in charge of long-term communication with authors, referees and editors, as well as coordination across teams. Overlooking and managing the editorial process, Yordanka is capable of providing fast and efficient support for our authors at each step through the processing and management of their submission. Passionate about languages, Yordanka always keeps an eye on the English language quality of each submission.
